  2. W1AW ARRL Keplerian Bulletins Description File 
  3.  
  4. New ARRL Keplerian Bulletins are transmitted by W1AW twice weekly, 
  5. on Saturdays and Tuesdays at 6:30p.m. Eastern time (immediately 
  6. following the regularly scheduled RTTY bulletin).  The transmissions 
  7. are 3 mode RTTY, starting with Baudot, followed by Amtor, followed 
  8. by ASCII (as time allows).

  10. The Keplerian bulletins contain Amateur satellite orbital data in 
  11. two-line NASA format, which can be decoded with the following key:

  20. Because of the similar subject matter in each bulletin, there are no 
  21. individual bulletin descriptions available.
